About this project

Following the acquisition of the former University of Law Campus in Christleton, Chester. Bridgemere secured planning permission for the £25m development of the site. This included the restoration of the grade II listed Christleton Hall into 14 luxury apartments, together with 24 executive homes, bringing a much-needed quality residential offering to the sought-after village of Christleton.

The Hall was sold to Blueoak Estates and the 24 executive homes are now being developed by the award-winning Castle Green Homes.
