Bridgemere Land acquired this parcel of strategic land on an unconditional basis by private treaty.
Just outside the Cheshire village of Hartford, the site extends to 79 acres and is located to the west of the River Weaver.
The site was sold to Redrow Homes for the development of Weaver Park, a high-quality scheme of new homes, including affordable housing and substantial areas of public open space.
