About this project
Bridgemere Land acquired Grange Farm, a derelict farmhouse with 38 acres of land, recognising the excellent development opportunity in the heart of mid-Cheshire. the site was sold to Redrow Home with outline planning permission for 300 new homes with community facilities.
The development won the award for the best residential development in Cheshire at the UK Property Awards and its Blenheim show home also picked up an award at the North West Property Awards.
