The Bridgemere group of companies is led by Steve Morgan CBE. Under his guidance, Bridgemere has built a powerful track record of building successful businesses and investments across its core sectors of property, leisure, and healthcare.

Bridgemere, has a substantial presence in the housebuilding sector through its substantial shareholding in Redrow plc and its subsidiary Castle Green Homes, one of the UK's fastest growing housebuilders.

In 2001, Steve founded the Steve Morgan Foundation, to which he has donated more than £300 million to both regional and national charities.

Under Steve's direction, Redrow built more than 100,000 new homes and grew to a market capitalisation in excess of £2 billion.

Chairman

Steve Morgan is an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, and Chairman of Bridgemere. At the age of 21 he established Redrow, which he grew to be one of the UK’s most successful housebuilders.

Steve stepped down as Chairman of Redrow in 2019 having guided the business to record levels of trading and profitability, with a turnover of £2.1 billion and profit before tax of £406 million. He is Chairman of the Steve Morgan Foundation. In 1992 Steve received an OBE for Services to the Construction Industry and, in 2016, received a CBE for Philanthropic Services.

Will Heath

CEO

Will joined Bridgemere as CEO in 2020, having spent 12 years at Redrow, where he held several senior positions including Group Development Director and Chairman of Harrow Estates, Redrow’s strategic land business. He is the Chairman of Castle Green Homes, and CEO and co-founder of Carden Group. A Chartered Surveyor by background, Will qualified at Strutt & Parker, where he spent seven years.

Nicole Burstow

Group Finance Director

Nicole joined Bridgemere in June 2024. A chartered accountant with significant commercial and transactional experience, Nicole spent 15 years at Deloitte latterly as a Director, advising some of the largest businesses in the North, before joining DSW Capital plc in 2019. She led DSW through an IPO in December 2021, becoming one of the youngest female executives on the AIM market. In 2023 she was shortlisted for CFO of the year at the Women in Finance Awards.

Karen Murphy

Legal Director

Karen is Bridgemere’s Legal Director and joined the business in July 2022. A qualified solicitor, Karen founded law firm Murphy Hodgkinson in 2000, before joining Brabners as a partner in 2011. She has substantial experience in property development and commercial property.

Iain Carroll

Development Director

Iain joined Bridgemere in June 2024 and is responsible for a broad spread of projects for Bridgemere Land and the wider group, including project managing the Maggie’s Centres for the Steve Morgan Foundation. With a proven track record in construction across both residential development and contract works, Iain spent 18 years at the Stewart Milne Group, including most recently as MD of its Homes North West England division.

Bryan Dix

Non Executive Director

Bryan has been involved with Bridgemere since its creation in 1996, originally advising as a partner with Deloitte and then as a non-executive director. Bryan left Deloitte in 2003 to lead a management buy out of Deloitte’s offshore administration business which was bought by Barclays Bank in 2007. Subsequently, Bryan was Global Head of Barclays Wealth Advisory division before retiring in 2009.
