About this project
Bridgemere Land delivered the site for Manchester City Football Club’s world-leading £200 million coaching and training facility. This flagship project included the re-planning, demolition, and remediation of the former Ciba Geigy Chemical Works. The site was acquired in 2006 and sold to Manchester City in 2009.
