Bridgemere Land is a land developer with a particular specialism for remediating brownfield sites in order to bring them back into practical usage.
Over the years, we have successfully remediated thousands of acres of land across the UK which had development potential.
Many of these sites have since been developed by Bridgemere’s partners to provide housing and leisure facilities. Residential development work has recently been completed on our sites in Ellesmere Port, Leeds, Wrexham and Colwyn Bay, and the next phases of re-development are about to commence on our flagship site at Hauxton, near Cambridge. Opportunities are currently being considered for the development of a prime city-centre site in Chester.
A world-leading £200m football coaching / training facility developed by Manchester City Football Club on a site delivered by Bridgemere Land, which included the re-planning / demolition and remediation of the former Ciba Geigy Chemical Works, Manchester.
