Led by Steve Morgan OBE, Founder and Chairman of Redrow plc, the team at Bridgemere has significant experience and a long track record of success in both commercial and residential development, corporate acquisition and investment activity.

Steve Morgan


Steve is Chairman of the Bridgemere Group of Companies, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and Redrow plc. Steve was also a Non Executive Director of De Vere Group plc in which Bridgemere was the largest shareholder until the group was sold in 2006 to AHG. In 1992 he was awarded the OBE for services to the construction industry.

Ashley Lewis


Ashley qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Binder Hamlyn (now part of Deloitte). After a two-year secondment in practice in South Africa, he returned to the UK to gain commercial experience across a wide variety of business sectors, most recently in the home improvement field, where he was Group Finance Director of Homeform Group. He was extensively involved in the flotation of this business in 1996 and the subsequent management buyout in 2000. Ashley was also a Non-Executive Director on the board of Manchester City Football Club from 1994 until 2005.

Jonathan Masters

Commercial Director

Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the construction and property industries. He is familiar with standard published forms of construction and engineering contracts and maintains an array of bespoke agreements for less conventional situations and professional appointments.

Jonathan’s capabilities include the production of complex development appraisals and financial models. He has extensive experience in hotel and leisure developments as well as residential, commercial and civil engineering
schemes including both project management and financial delivery.

Jonathan is a former Regional Director of Faithful+Gould (WS Atkins plc) and Associate Director of Silk and Frazier.

Peter Marsden

Legal Director

Peter joined Bridgemere in 2015 as Legal Director and is responsible for all legal aspects of the business, specialising in development acquisitions and disposals. Peter‘s experience spans both private practice and in-house for national housebuilders.

Vincent Fairclough

Non-Executive Director

Vincent founded the Property Law Practice in 1990, which merged with Hill Dickinson in 1997. He has extensive experience in both private practice and industry, and was previously in-house Legal Director with Wainhomes plc and Redrow plc.
