Bridgemere comprises a group of companies with wide-ranging interests within the property and leisure sectors throughout the UK and Europe.
In the property sector Bridgemere holds a 29% stake in British housebuilder Redrow plc. However, Bridgemere does not undertake any direct residential development in the UK.
With interests in the UK and across Europe, Bridgemere continues to build upon its current investments. Bridgemere is interested in further opportunities in the property and leisure sectors within Europe.
In 2007 Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club became part of Bridgemere until the football club was sold in 2016. Whilst under the ownership of Bridgemere there was significant investment and redevelopment at the club to increase the stadium’s capacity and develop its facilities. Developments included the football club’s new North Stand and the EPPP Category 1 rated Compton site training ground, part of a unique £50m private/public sector development project driven by Bridgemere.
